Field Wall Repair at Blackruthven 9th October, 2021

The original plan was to have had a members’ weekend at Blackruthven, but having been there the previous week Kate was conscious that there wasn’t enough stone for 2 days work. It was therefore decided only to meet on the Saturday. Unfortunately that proved to be the wettest day of the weekend. A valiant effort by all as these photos show.

The ground certainly looks soggy.

Good progress - looks as though there is plenty of mud as well as stone.

Kate joined CSB in 1994 and has served on the committee for the last 14 years as member, Secretary, Treasurer and Chairwoman. Holds the Initial (Level 1) qualification .Currently as an ordinary committee member, she makes site visits, is contact person for events and helps make up the programme.
